Chargebacks:
User agrees not to initiate any chargebacks with respect to payments made for the Product. In the event that User initiates a chargeback, User's access to the Product and membership will be immediately revoked, without refund. We reserve the deny future purchases as this violates our Terms and Conditions.
We allow refunds within 14 days of signing up for any Algo Elixir plan. To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@algoelixir.com and we will be happy to assist you. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process and appear in your bank account. Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives us to be highly accommodating, ensuring that you have a great customer experience with Algo Elixir.
For yearly subscription auto-renewals, we offer refunds within the first 72 hours of billing. However, we are not obligated to process a refund for any other circumstance beyond the 14-day period, including cases where you forget about the auto-renewal of your subscription. It is solely your responsibility to manage your subscription before renewals by logging into your account or contacting support@algoelixir.com.
If you decide to cancel your subscription through our self-serve portal, please note that cancelling inside the portal simply discontinues your subscription from future billing. Scheduling a cancellation will only prevent future charges for the next billing cycle and allows you to continue using the product until the end of your current billing period. This means that your access will remain active until the last day of your 30-day subscription cycle. However, if you are seeking a refund within the first 14 days of your purchase and wish to discontinue using our services immediately, you must directly contact our support team. Our dedicated support staff is available to facilitate the refund process and ensure your satisfaction. Please contact us through email at support@algoelixir.com to initiate your refund.
